Shipping & Delivery Policy
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery
Standard U.S. delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, destination and other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order after the shipment has been prepared.
Shipping Delays
If we are unable to ship an order within the timeframe provided at the time of purchase, we may provide an updated estimated shipment date and, where required, the opportunity to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please review shipping information carefully before submitting an order. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address or customer-requested redelivery may be the customer's responsibility.
Domestic Shipping
Recon Kits Store currently focuses on orders shipped within the United States. Shipping availability and rates are displayed during checkout.
Returns & Refunds
We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a standard return, merchandise must be unused, in substantially the same condition in which it was received, and include original accessories, components and packaging when applicable.
Items That May Not Be Returnable
For health, safety and product-integrity reasons, certain opened, used, consumable, sanitary or emergency products may not be eligible for return once their original packaging or protective seal has been opened.
Products identified as final sale are not eligible for a standard return unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard discretionary returns. Recon Kits Store will cover reasonable return or replacement costs when we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit after a refund is submitted.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Recon Kits Store or another circumstance in which a refund of shipping is required.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is received before fulfillment or shipment begins.
Because orders may enter fulfillment shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will reach the order before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled. Eligible merchandise may instead be returned under our Return Policy after delivery.
Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your shipment after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing from the shipment or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly so we can investigate the issue.
We may request photographs of the merchandise, packaging, shipping carton and carrier label as part of the review. Please retain the product and packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Depending on the circumstances and product availability, approved claims may be resolved through replacement, shipment of a missing item, exchange or refund.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, pricing and included components.
Actual product appearance may vary slightly because of manufacturing revisions, packaging changes, monitor settings, photography and other ordinary variations.
Specifications applicable to a particular product should be reviewed on that product's listing before purchase.

Pricing & Availability
Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographical, photographic, pricing or product-information errors. If a material pricing error affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact the customer before fulfillment or cancel and refund the affected order.
Items placed in a shopping cart are not reserved and may become unavailable before checkout is completed.
Product Warranty
Any warranty applicable to a product will be described on the product page, product packaging or manufacturer documentation.
When a manufacturer warranty applies, warranty claims may need to be handled directly through the manufacturer in accordance with its warranty procedures.
Warranty coverage generally does not include damage caused by misuse, improper storage, accidents, neglect, unauthorized modification, normal wear or use outside the product's intended purpose.
